Source of Data
The data which are used in this research came from the twenty (20) respondents who have met the criteria as participants of the study. The selected respondents must be male and fifteen to eighteen (15-18) years of age which was believes that males of this age frequently do masturbation.

Data Gathering
During the conduct of the study, the researchers designed a questionnaire which was distributed to the respondents. The questionnaire aims to determine the perception of the respondents on masturbation. Aside from the purpose of knowing their perception, the questionnaire was designed also to determine what are their techniques as well as their materials in doing such. The questionnaire furthermore determines the effect of masturbation among males fifteen to eighteen years of age (15-18). The distribution of the questionnaire used a random sampling style in which the only limitation to the respondents is their age and gender.
Aside from using a questionnaire is gathering data and information, the researchers have also used the library as a source of information and references. In the same manner the researchers make used also of the internet.
